Electrical planning - How many sockets are enough?

I think he wanted quite a bit for such an outdoor socket.

Question regarding smart home... sure, it would be cool, KNX but definitely too expensive.

He also told me he's currently calculating what it would cost if he adds a blue BUS cable to every switch.
What would that bring me?

I wouldn’t really call that a rule anymore. Nowadays, many ovens come with a standard Schuko plug.

My thesis was about: oven together with cooktop or not... not about what comes out in the end but whatever.

Okay, formulated the other way around: the trend is towards ovens that are taller, therefore they are often spatially separated today.
Is that fine?

The trend is not only towards a built-in oven in a tall cabinet front, with the cooktop separate, the trend is towards a second oven in the form of a microwave, steam cooker, and placeholder (let’s see what will be technically popular in 10 years).

Regarding the socket for under the roof, does it have to be a special waterproof socket or why does the electrician charge much more for that than for one inside?
