Electrical planning - How many sockets are enough?

Every electrician probably has their own specific prices. However, I find the SAT system quite expensive with you, I would probably ask another electrician about it. We pay 550 euros net for the complete antenna system (cabled from the technical room to the roof) including installation, which I think is okay.

Just have a thick empty conduit laid from the attic to the HAR.

How is the preparation for photovoltaics going?

Actually, the empty conduit should be enough for the photovoltaic preparation; I don’t quite understand what the grounding and cables are supposed to be for. Otherwise, some of the prices are already official (a simple outlet for 52 euros gross is quite something).

Sat is expensive. Network is not wanted?
