I still need to think about the wardrobe. Maybe I'll just take one that isn't too big, then it will fit. I have planned anyway that we will mostly enter through the garage and leave our shoes and jackets directly in the utility room. That way, you don't always have so much dirt and mess in the hallway ;)

A double door is a great idea, I hadn't thought of that at all and didn't even know that there are asymmetrical ones. That would also be an idea for the door between the kitchen and the living room :)

According to the architect, it is no problem to change the window sizes or make other small changes (e.g., move a door or wall). That has no impact on the approval.

Actually, a wardrobe is for a few seasonal or guest jackets, handbag, and keys. If you have space and, for example, are building new, you plan a large closet, preferably a walk-in one for all kinds of jackets and shoes ;) Consider the purpose of a hallway regarding dirt and mess, the purpose of a utility room, and the entrance door :) However, you can also plan it like you: clean hallway, utility room as wardrobe, entrance door just for guests... The kitchen doesn't feel cozy to me with three doors at all – where have you planned the corner bench?

However, you can also plan it like you: cleaned hallway, the utility room as a cloakroom, entrance door only for guests... - that's exactly the plan! Because now I get annoyed every day about how dirty and messy the hallway looks  The corner bench is planned in the upper right corner.

May I ask out of interest about the length/width of the exterior walls? We have almost the same exterior shape - floor plan/interior walls are currently being planned.

The external dimensions over the entire length and width are 13.7 x 14.7 m. And then there is the angle of 5.35 x 4.25 m. Will it be two-story or one-story with you as well?

Ok, that's a size bigger than ours. ;)
2-story is planned.
