Is there a section?

Will the roof be equipped with additional external insulation? Or why is the new height of the house greater?

In the parents' bathroom, the roof window is somehow a bit too far to the right.

The bed in the bedroom is difficult to walk around. Is the clearance under 2 meters? Possibly put the bed under the slope?

In the basement, you can install the shower in the storage room and then have access from the fitness room.

Of course there is a cross-section, but the different height is probably easily explained – the old plans were not 100% exact, the house has now been surveyed by the surveyor. The roof will get internal insulation.

You’re right, the placement of the roof window in the bathroom makes no sense over the toilet... it needs to be moved more towards the bathtub, even if it somewhat spoils the exterior appearance. We already discussed this with the architect; she would have preferred to make 4 equally sized dormers on the south side, but we thought one big one in the children’s room is better than two small ones :)

I just said the bed should go there now; it was originally under the slope. We should tape it out on the floor and see, but I see little problem like this – it should end exactly at the 2 m line, and I am just average height, my wife is significantly smaller :) But if it doesn’t fit, it will simply be rotated and that’s that. The room is big enough. I just wanted to be able to look out of the roof window while lying in it – but you can probably do without that.

We will take care of the basement a bit later; it’s quite possible we’ll do it as you suggest.

Thanks!

Where is the cut? The question was also because of the knee wall. In the existing plan, it looks as if there is a dormer knee wall. The kitchen planning still looks quite unfinished. Is it supposed to be a back-up kitchen?

I would have to convert it from PDF to JPEG first, I can only do that from home.
There is currently a knee wall, but it will be removed on the south side.

The kitchen has not been planned at all yet :D We will do that separately soon; our current neighbor has a kitchen studio, and he will soon install the kitchen for us as a display kitchen.
The utility room will be partially an extension of the work surface, partially a storage room, partially washing machine/dryer; we also haven’t really dealt with that yet.

At least we currently do not expect the start of the dismantling(!) work before May 2024, so we should still have enough time for that ;)
Move-in according to plan is at the end of Q1 2025.

The photovoltaic system only works like this in my opinion: 22*0.44 kW = 9.68 kWp

Ah yes? Why do you think that nothing more is possible further down on the roof?

Edit: is there actually no way in this forum to disable email notifications by default??
Edit2: I’m just too stupid for this, of course there is.
