Now things are moving fast  The handover date has been moved forward to tomorrow, Sunday, on Tuesday we have an appointment with an architect who has shown interest and will draw us a first draft soon, and then the second architect on Saturday... We are already super excited, tomorrow for the first time alone in the house, calmly breathing in the atmosphere and thinking it over

Great! That is an awesome time in life. I've had the chance to experience it twice: sitting in an older house, sometimes seeing and breathing in the mustiness of the old, but also feeling and experiencing the new ideas. You go crazy from so many ideas :D
By the way, that's the wake-up call of the construction beer ;)

I am very happy about that. I am quite curious about the drafts from the architect.

So, we are already in service phase 2 with an architect, with whom we seem to be on the same wavelength. I have to sign off the plans and upload them, I don't want to upload the original because of copyright.

Anyway, the garage remains a garage, but the children get the attic converted into a sleeping gallery :) I'm honestly jealous, I would have loved a children's room like that.

However, we had to say goodbye to our 600k :-/ we'll end up around 1m, but everything will be as we imagine, except the garden, but with a pool and terrace.

Nonsense, copyright does not depend on the form of the copy.

That sounds like a good plan.

60% budget overrun already at the stage Leistungsphase 2, don’t let hear that!

Well, we probably could have managed with the 600k, but we decided to do almost everything. Otherwise, we would regret it in a few years. Besides, the prices are really even worse than expected :-/ Let's see, we have included quite a bit that we can save on if it really gets out of hand. The most expensive thing was the land anyway
