Development plan - Is it possible to enlarge the living area?

Probably works :) the house is located in another district, which is 5 km away from the actual town center - but same municipality. S-Bahn in the town, U-Bahn 3 km from the property, in the next municipality. Highway interchange also available, 15 minutes to the airport... Hence also the prices.

I have meanwhile found the specifications in the development plan. 45 degrees roof pitch and eaves at 3.4m (top of purlin), hardly any knee wall possible. Finished floor level on the ground floor at +0.15m

You can just build a big thing like your neighbor to the north, also in the north. Or a carport. You have storage space in the basement anyway.

Back then, you could still occasionally find land for 1000 DM /m2. 2k Euros is really crazy. What is there to think about?

South is already fully developed. Aircraft noise only occurs with unfavorable wind, but that doesn't bother me at all, I'm used to it. Yes, the Isar... As I said, the plot would be really nice :)

Is it allowed according to the plan to put the garage, for example, in the northeastern corner? Then everything would be fine, we could integrate the existing one, and we'd have enough space. The garage would be "around the corner" to access, but a 4m driveway is plenty for that.
