Even if this size includes a second garage, it is not a small house. The single-story is fixed for you, the neighbors on the left side are allowed two stories. Is it a hillside location that would justify this?The house is, in my opinion, exactly on that building plot of 11*16m, but unfortunately the second, larger garage is already included there. And the upper floor has sloping ceilings, so it is also not fully usable.
A locally connected architect never hurts. They won’t change or relax a development plan for you.Damn. So we definitely have to talk to the municipality to see if they are willing to change something. Is it better to leave it to a professional, or does it not hurt to just call casually?
