But only completely. Maybe there is also a real city villa in Blankeneese in the estate.

The operating/maintenance costs and effort must be enormous for such a property. It was already enough for us when we saw our garden again after two weeks of vacation. After all, weeds (undesired plants) do not take any notice of that, no matter how much we scold(ed)!

Unfortunately, it is not that simple.

Yep. We sometimes paid the heating oil a year in advance. Others bought a small car with that money.
We also did farming - especially nettle fields.

However, these are also rarely planned as MD, but consist of two areas classically delimited by the method of "virtual string drawn around the entirety of the building cluster" §34 and §35 – practically speaking: outbuildings for washhouses, bakehouses or individual donkey stables, which have to remain standing because otherwise you would push the building plot for the planned main house into the peripheral area. We’ve had this here before, but as a rare exception even I can’t remember which (few) threads those were. A Resthof is a remnant of an agricultural homestead which, after the abandonment of farming or animal husbandry (or both), in the extreme case consists only of the residential house and a tractor garage that has turned into a universal storage hall. These certainly exist in village centers as well, but your hint "secluded location" – especially with the explanation of not noticing neighbors – can practically only mean outlying farms, and those are only located in peripheral areas. Otherwise, you will have to clear up this misunderstanding – but I think that the consequence "secluded location = peripheral area" is not clear to you. Development plan areas, in which you can acquire at least 2,000 sqm in order to take the term "detached" house literally, are likely extremely rare even in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern or the Brandenburg prairie.

Even though 2,000 sqm seems very large compared to many new development plots, it is by no means what one imagines under "solitary location" or even just "yard." We have 1,800 sqm and yes – you have a nice, large garden. But it remains a normal garden.

Our neighbor has about 4,000 sqm, which is a small (!) yard where his tractor also parks, with a barn, etc. But in the end, he is quite close to the neighbor when he is sitting outside, and his property fits quite normally into the streetscape, it is not isolated.

"Solitary location" (and with 's background, i.e. genuinely solitary location) certainly requires, with a nice wall and hedge around it, according to these estimates closer to 10,000 sqm. Or else the outer area.
