I just have to get someone to lay fiber optic cable there. Dream.
I'm more of a club person. Or rather, I think I'm quite special myself and prefer to sit together with my chosen few whom I exquisitely invite to the property and then warmly cater to, rather than sit among random neighbors and endure their noise environment.
I'm friends with people who don't get along with others at all, but I get along well with them. And there are those sunny people everyone likes, where I think "stay away from me."
Therefore – yes, that would be my ideal property with fiber optic. Even with a watercourse included, dream, honestly.
Well, I wouldn't want asbestos and dry rot, but otherwise... :eek:

Yes, I had indeed looked for such size ranges. Or rather, the properties I looked at always actually stood alone, somewhat away from a town center, somewhere along a road leading to the town center. This town center usually already belongs to a smaller town, which in turn belongs to a very small city about 5 km away. But I suspect that what I saw then really belongs to the outside area according to 11ant's explanations, and that if I were to acquire something like that, I would basically not be allowed to do anything with it?

I did not want to express it so dramatically. A true secluded location is calculated in hectares, and that also has its disadvantages. In a desert, so completely without shrubbery, you actually hear coyotes howling occasionally from half a mile away more disturbing than the neighbor’s transistor radio of the OP. Except expenses (even in the German taiga land still costs money), nothing gained, the OP would not gain anything by moving. You are on a completely wrong track there. Settling in the outer area is reserved for specific groups of people who can justify it with their necessary proximity to forest and fields. Not breaking through the wall between the living room and the chamber will not create any legal protection for you. As long as you lack a hunting license, you will have to clean out a stable – only whether chicken or cow you can choose for yourself.

Hehe, I had almost suspected that: let's forget the minor details water damage and ground lease – where a house number in the middle of nowhere is 102, there is also a 100, and despite the huge park property with a lake, the houses are not even thirty meters apart ;-)
