How do you conclude that? The good industrial jobs are suffering because nothing is being produced. Retailers are going bankrupt despite protection, some already have here, hotels are already ruined, and the same is looming for large chains. More budgeting is necessary since many service providers are on short-time work. The bomb crater is invisible, therefore no less dangerous for the economy. And when the word solidarity is spoken, many immediately get red. When it comes to one's own currency, there is no solidarity. Not anymore in today's times.

Oh dear, according to an article in the F.., there is a "study by xyz xyz, who is one of four members on the council of the 'Real Estate Sages' advising the federal government on housing policy," which assumes that the real estate boom will end for the time being and prices will drop by 10% to 25%. According to this study, things will only pick up again at the end of 2021 due to significant immigration, but whether my husband and I will still feel like building a house then, I don't know.
(Background information, already partially known: My husband and I have to sell our current house if we want to finance the new house without taking out a loan.)

All crystal ball, it may also be that prices continue to rise because people now realize what is important to them and what consumption they do not need, etc.... Anyone who thinks they know the development can send me the lottery numbers for Saturday right away. Thank you

However, it is also stated that prices have continued to rise so far and that the current asking prices have not fallen either. Furthermore, only a dip (until 2021) is mentioned, not a permanent decline. That is what one of many says.

In the article I mentioned, a decline in the "swarm migration" to the cities is also predicted.
