Because you didn't like the casual, non-binding advice on mortgage loans???

I didn't like the manner, no. It was practically a pressure to have to increase the loan amount, otherwise we would only be able to build "a Dacia without equipment." My specific inquiry was whether financing 350-400k would be possible in our situation, not what maximum amount would keep me awake at night. Although it wouldn't have been a problem to mention in passing that more is possible if desired. I am also a salesperson and benefit from higher sales from my clients. But I a) do not pressure them and b) always strengthen my customer relationship through fairness. That usually increases sales on its own.

Well, you must have a payday as the sole earner

I actually can’t complain.

But the following was taken into account:
- 2 x Baukindergeld
- 2 x child benefit
- 1 x parental allowance (a whole €270)
- additional income from my side business
- possible depreciation of the home office via taxes

So she worked very hard to make the numbers look good.

Guys, that sounds as if the consultant was the wife of a certain Mr. Buhmann who once caused a lot of head-shaking here in the forum
