Construction financing - How will it change in the future?

We (two civil servants in Bavaria, upper service) would not have gotten a loan from the Sparkasse three months ago. No extravagant lifestyle, the installment would have been absolutely manageable. But the flat rates just said "no." I also believe that the times when civil servants had advantages there are over. That's okay too, this is not meant to be a complaint.

Did the Sparkasse recognize your trainee teacher salary without any problems? We have a similar situation and most banks did not want to consider this salary (since it is a training salary).
