Currently, interest rates for home financing have increased. How long will it take until they decrease again? What do you think? Are there already signs of a decrease in interest rates?

The interest rates are still lower than ever. Whether it's 1% or 2%. If it depends on one percent whether the financing works or not, you should leave it.
