In this case, the "beauty" of "Else Kling" from the buttermilk commercial, if you ask me. However, my comment was less motivated by the fact that tastes differ and that the original poster quite often has a different one than I do. Rather, it was a hint that there is no need to fear heading straight for monotony if you just leave out the tense stylishness. The cut-ins could even all be straightened without the individuality suffering – the fact that plan right is not one is more inconsistent than clever. I also like to remind you of my suggestion to plan individually: in this price range, it is nonsense to diminish the user value of the building through compromises that result purely from sticking to the base design. The fear that a design built from a blank sheet would be more expensive is unfounded. Where there are prohibitive prices for that, you have caught the wrong provider. I had linked the design for the project by – as a model house, it would have been the same on the receipt.

I actually assume that the choice for the design was made very deliberately. I also find it quite legitimate to choose a house based on the exterior view and then adapt it according to one’s own wishes. That the buyer accepts sacrifices inside for that is simply taken into account. On the other hand if I already start to leave the shape, I can also do without the setbacks entirely and optimize my house for my needs.

You can do that with Jette in the original format or other houses in the 250-sqm class, otherwise the sacrifices become too severe.

I have now played around a bit with the floor plan and have come to the following result so far. What do you think about it? Do you think it is feasible? I have now tried to put the 3rd children's room/guest room upstairs to get more space on the ground floor.

Better

Can you mirror the floor plan so it matches the plan

Where is the [Technikraum]?
Where is the [Garderobe]?
With 5 hooks you won't get far.

The children's room on the upper floor doesn't work. Too narrow and long.

I have now mirrored everything and labeled it in green.
In addition, cardinal directions and terraces are now marked
