City villa floor plan - suggestions for changes?

Hello dear ones. I wanted to thank you again for your help!! Without you, our floor plan would never have turned out as great as it is now. Of course, I don’t want to withhold the final version from you. Unfortunately, [Technik in den Durchgang] was not possible for several reasons. But as it is now, we are completely satisfied. Even the upstairs children's rooms both have 15 sqm now. The only thing left to go are the small partition walls in the main house living room and the granny flat living area.

Well, once the execution plans are out and signed, you have to be extremely careful if such changes are still planned. Once the doors are ordered, there are unpleasant additional costs. So from now on, keep your eyes wide open.

I agree with Katja... what you notice now, change immediately so that it does not carry through all further plans and thus become established.

We also buy the doors and frames ourselves. We took this expansion package completely out, so we didn't pay that much attention to the door swings in the plans. We'll go through everything again calmly when we order the doors.
