The screed depends on that, as do the floor coverings. As a layperson, you won't be able to see how it will be implemented that quickly.

I find the way to your toilet up there a bit far.

I see it the same way. Everyone refers to the plans. For example, the craftsmen who do any installations in the utility room or with the electrical system. If they see that a door would hit something or that something would be in front of the switch, they (hopefully) ask first. If not because the plan is wrong, then not...

Exactly. Very important: Definitely do the plans for the electrical work correctly right away. We had the light switch on the wrong side for two doors. The cable was then routed over the frame to the other side and holes were drilled again. It doesn't have to be like that if it can be avoided.

why should they ask? Execution plans are their bible. Nowadays, clients even want sockets in window recesses, nothing is asked anymore, work is done because first taking the phone and asking around through several channels takes a huge amount of time. This is how it is with subs. For others, it also costs working time.
If the doors are not immediately or correctly in the execution plan, there will be serious trouble for the clients. Since the doors are also made on site, no one asks anymore.

Yes, probably no one asks about the doors, that's true.

So I have to follow up on this and apologize if I’m touching a nerve, but why is this intermediate structure needed at all? In my opinion, it makes no sense whatsoever and just costs money. I also can’t see any aesthetic effect or any other remarkable benefit. Is this really just because "A" is so inflexible with the layout of the extension that they can’t place the entrance at the front?

From my point of view, it could be completely eliminated or entirely included as part of the extension, with the latter of course being best.
