I assume the planning office will stone me if I were to present them with this idea. The gallery has now been sacrificed in favor of a 3rd children's room on the upper floor. However, my husband is not particularly happy with this solution. But I wouldn’t know how else to make the 3rd children's room accessible. Maybe you still have the brilliant idea. So I have to follow up on that and apologize if I'm poking at a sore spot, but what is the point of this intermediate structure at all? In my opinion, it makes no sense whatsoever and just costs money. I can't see any aesthetic effect or any other great benefit. Is it really just because "A" is so inflexible with the layout of the extension that they can't place the entrance at the front?

From my perspective, it could be completely eliminated or entirely added to the extension, with the latter of course being best.

I strongly assume that connecting it would result in additional costs of about €20,000. And by eliminating it, we would be charged €4,000. Needless, of course. But unfortunately, that's how it is. Therefore, we will leave it as is and use the passage as a waiting area for the patients.

The gallery has now been replaced in favor of a third children's room on the upper floor. However, my husband is not particularly happy with this solution.

A republic proclamation balcony in the entrance hall brings a bit of special applause at the housewarming party; having a third child is something you benefit from in the long run.
