Would just like to know how much space there is in width. Do you have the overall plot dimensions? Anything? What does the architect or the house company have?
UPS yes, I have that, sorry, I thought you meant something else.I would just like to know how much space there is in width. Do you have the overall dimensions of the plot? Anything? What does the architect or the house company say?
On the left side there is a large building directly on the border, which is why we have to keep the distance for fire protection reasons. We gladly give the one meter to the municipality because they will immediately remove an incredibly ugly and old wall for us hehe. The reason for this is that the garbage collection cannot get through at this point, and the municipality would also pay us quite a bit for it. This street is public, and that’s why we are allowed to move closer with the distances. What about the 5m on the left side of the plan? Is there any regulation why it couldn’t just be 3m, as usual? I’m only asking because otherwise, there’s hardly any point in pursuing the idea of a wider intermediate structure if we no longer have options in width. The 2.15m on the other side is also quite unclear. Is that a public path with only 2m boundary distance or something? You’re giving 1m to the municipality? Why is that? I wouldn’t give anything away. That might all sound a bit annoying, but as long as we don’t have exact numbers and facts, we naturally only understand half of it here.
Have you also factored in the likely price increase of gas compared to electricity (which you might also produce yourself)? Do you really want to have a tank in the garden and have a truck come every year? What did your calculation look like? What do you mean by extra high walls? We calculated it and end up significantly cheaper that way. We also have extra high walls in the house, that might also play a role
