You are not a case for the big ones. Smaller ones are more flexible.

You do have something special after all. Why wasn't the small construction company around the corner with a draftsman/architect considered? They are usually not more expensive than the big ones and much more flexible.

We also have the problem here that really ALL good, local construction companies are fully booked for the next few years. Sent out numerous inquiries and only received rejections..

I have now requested the utility room in the intermediate corridor and it is currently under review or being recalculated. Let's see if it would be possible.
