The main entrance is indeed on the north side on the living level

I had already written something about the secondary entrance garage.

The thing is, at the beginning I only uploaded pictures of the floor plans. I just wanted to hear opinions and suggestions for improvement. Not about the exterior design of the house, the terraces, or anything else.

Ah, ok. I would strongly claim – everything. Especially from the other side of the street, the view of the woman in a bikini on the terrace is certainly an eye-catcher. But the conversations are also super audible and surely interesting for all the neighbors...
Well, if you paid attention in school... with the plants, it can take a while until they grow to how many meters – 8 or 9? Or are they supposed to grow on the terrace? Privacy screens and parasols – yes, all that is possible. I don't want to discourage you. If you like it that way. For me, it would be too public.

Oh, too bad you need the whole basement. Otherwise, one probably would have planned an underground garage with an entrance to the stairwell. But of course, you can also go through the utility room. The stairs to the front door are rather unattractive by comparison.

Haydee has already said a lot about the interior floor plan. Especially the pantry is unsuitable. Hardly anything fits in there anyway. The kitchen would be too narrow and cramped for me – simply uncomfortable. The slant at the top obviously has to go – I’m just saying, over 600k and then this! An outrage! But okay, this is not brain surgery.

The be-all and end-all of planning is to align and design your floor plan according to the plot. But this is a point that prefab house providers do not have at all, because usually a "standard floor plan" doesn’t fit here. Your planning is the perfect example of this, even if you don’t want to hear it.

One last tip, go to a reputable home builder near you and have a plan made. Alternatively, go straight to an architect. The €600k for a house that is somehow just thrown in there would be a real waste for me here. It can simply be done much better.

PS: you don’t need to play the offended turkey just because things aren’t being sugarcoated for you here. You wanted opinions, and I think you clearly got them.

Wooden frames cannot support UG and offer a maximum cellar so that they can place their house on top

I am not offended in the slightest. If I was satisfied with how things are, I would just wait and be happy until it is built and not beg for help here in the forum. We have already been to other architects and obtained offers for stone-on-stone construction; unfortunately, the solutions offered there were not at all according to our ideas.
