Main entrance next to the garage downstairs
Wardrobe also downstairs
Side entrance not into the technical room, but into a separate cellar room for drinks, overwintering flowers
If sauna and fitness are used, shower room in the cellar

Ground floor pantry removed
Shower removed
Entrance becomes pantry
Open part of the hallway to the kitchen living area
Then the kitchen is no longer so narrow
Mirror the ground floor

Upper floor
Remove the slope
Make the bedroom accessible through the dressing room
Children’s rooms the same size
Don’t like either bathroom

Have you already selected materials?
Check your contract to see if something is still stated there, xyz weeks after building permit

Remove the soil between the garage and pathway entrance or do not fill it up there. This way you get a daylight room. I would put the entrance down below. Then you can also plan a window into the basement on the side. Create a driveway so you can drive the trailer into the garden behind the house. Play sand, green waste, etc. must go back there.

Do you really want the door from the bedroom to the bathroom? The person lying in bed hears everything, and the light shines through the door gaps. The children's friends suddenly end up in the bedroom because they took the wrong door to go out... Or vice versa, you in the bedroom catch the visitors in the bathroom because they didn't know there's a second door you have to lock...

Well, with something like that, of course you lure people into signing a contract. Very representative. But here, it will probably impress only a few. I would probably prefer to move in with the neighbor.

What are you willing to give up inside, in your floor plan? haydee has already listed quite a bit. What do you think of that? I find the window for your fitness room especially very important. Not making use of that on the slope is pretty foolish.

Silence in the forest. Apparently, the man is overwhelmed by the many options. So maybe we ask the other way around, what would you like to change about your current floor plan? What bothers you?

Apparently, unfortunately, we have very different ideas about the design of a house, so I have decided not to waste any more time here in the forum and to continue tinkering alone. After all, it is supposed to please me and no other fool. In about 7 years the house will be paid off, then I will know exactly what I liked and what I didn’t like about the house, and then I will build a new house and do everything better. Nevertheless, thanks for the hit-worthy tips!
