From that I read that you actually want a straight staircase? When I look at your floor plan and the house dimensions, I would consider whether it might make sense to take a straight staircase with a quarter turn. I think this U-shaped staircase (not to mention that I'm not a fan of it at all) takes up a lot of space in width, which you could especially use in your relatively narrow house, particularly in the kitchen. Of course, the space requirement for a straight staircase is overall somewhat higher, but in my opinion it would fit significantly better into your house.
