What are the external dimensions of the hut, actually? Is a pool supposed to go somewhere there? And yes, show me what you didn't like about the others...

We disposed of them immediately when we decided against them. Sounds stupid, but unfortunately that’s how it is. I didn’t think about the noise level, is it loud? The external dimensions of the house are 9.04 x 11.22 m. A pool is not planned, only an outdoor jacuzzi under the balcony.

I would also find it interesting to see. Because I think you can get a nice architect-designed house for the money, one that fits harmoniously with the plot and is not a cookie-cutter prefab house that doesn’t match the plot. And the plot is anything but standard. You will have much more from that in the long run than from two terraces and a smoker’s balcony.

The problem is, we have already signed the purchase contract, which means we have to make the best of it now. Another reason for the prefabricated house was that we currently have very little space at home because unexpectedly a child arrived 9 months ago and we want to move out as quickly as possible... Building stone by stone usually takes longer.
