From this, I read that you actually want a straight staircase? When I look at your floor plan and the house dimensions, I would consider whether it makes sense to take a straight staircase with a quarter turn. I think this U-shaped staircase (apart from the fact that I'm not a fan of it at all) takes up a lot of width that you could especially use in the kitchen of your relatively narrow house. Of course, the space requirement of a straight staircase is overall somewhat higher, but in my opinion, it would fit much better into your house.

At the moment, we have a very small kitchen, 3m long and 1.9m narrow. When I imagine that our kitchen in the house is 3.2m wide, I don't think it is too narrow... I can't change it anymore. Maybe I'm mistaken too

Why can't you change it anymore? For example, I don't have an island now either, but we definitely wanted one for the house... I think the "we have it like this now" approach is the wrong approach for a cabin that costs 500k or more.

For your house, I would have a relatively clear approach regarding the room layout, but if you can't change it now, it's too late anyway.

I can agree with the hallway. How do you want to use the hallway? I think you are wasting space there. Why have a separate cloakroom in front of the guest shower toilet? Wouldn't it be more sensible to move the front door to the left, remove the walls in front of the guest shower toilet and make the kitchen bigger instead? The niche on the left can still be used as a cloakroom.

My suggestion: front door to the left. Paint the cloakroom, it is so convoluted that there is hardly any space to put anything in. The kitchen will become wider as a result. Move the kitchen door a little downwards or make it single-leaf. Then you will have a lot of cupboard space in the hallway on the wall to the living room for the cloakroom.
