What fits in this mini-pantry also fits in a cupboard without taking away the openness of the hallway
I would remove the shower.
Arrange the toilet and cloakroom differently

In the evening before going to sleep and in the morning after waking up, comfortably smoke on the balcony. For nothing else.

- You want to orient your terrace toward the street and elevated on a silver platter? Really?
- Do you really need the entire basement, or would a part of it, for example for the cars, be possible?
- Is there even an outdoor path from the parking spaces to the front door? Or do you walk past the technical equipment every day?
