So now me? I haven't contributed at all yet. All the suggestions came from haydee and from you, zero feedback on that.

So far, we only know your preferences for the exterior facade. That is really a matter of taste. You find that kind of thing thousands of times in every catalog – we all know them here, and the Weberhaus catalog is on my nightstand. What do you expect? You're here with freaks.

Inside, I haven't heard a single creative thought from you yet. You can't even name what you don't like. Where should one start then? The only thing I've read from you so far: Everything stays as it is. That's not very helpful.

Don’t take it personally, the comments from outsiders are just sober and objective, based on numbers and dry facts, while as the client and co-designer you have a more emotional attachment to the project. You can see it wonderfully here: an angled wall between the hallway and sleeping area shakes the worldview of the rectangular traditionalists. I can’t explain the sometimes derogatory reactions any other way. They could also have just shown solutions that allow access to all rooms with a straight wall. But it also shakes the worldview of the head from whose brain the angled wall came. I don’t want to sugarcoat the justified criticism, because as I said, the design is definitely in need of improvement. A balcony just for smoking twice a day? As if smoking weren’t expensive enough, do you have any idea how much a balcony costs?

Just show your own improvements as soon as you’re done, you have nothing to lose.

Yes, that’s really something. Try getting a bigger wardrobe into the children's room! Cleaning such sharp angles is also fun, and I haven’t even started talking about the appearance. What horrifies me and maybe others even more is Weberhaus’s audacity to offer something like that in a 650,000 project! That’s downright embarrassing and just outrageous. So honestly, if tips are still wanted, gladly. Of course, something has to come from the OP as well about where the problem actually lies. The upper floor can be quickly straightened if that was the only issue.

Why cheeky from Weberhaus?

The OP likes it

And only a fool knows that
- light in the basement is helpful
- plants cannot overwinter in the warm building services area
- a shower belongs to the sauna
- a long entrance path must be cleared and gritted
- green waste, lawnmower, flower pots, potting soil, sand, etc. must be moved from the front of the house to the back and from the back to the front.
Makes for long arms and replaces the gym
etc.

As a executing company with a quality claim, you also have a consulting function. I also advise my customers, even if they are stubborn.
Of course, it is also a give and take. But with such gross blunders, you almost tend to ask Weberhaus for a statement.

Who knows what the answer was. From a certain point on, people say "what the customer wants, they get."
