Willo, that's true. You get what you pay for. Those who keep their budget tight have to settle for a cheaper execution. Q3 is still possible, but not great wallpaper. Parquet is not possible. Tiles then have to be under 30 per sqm, vinyl at 20. etc. Karsten

I also believe that something can be done with it. However, it will not be the upscale standard, or only with a lot of own effort. But that was explicitly excluded.

Thanks in advance for your feedback. I hope there were no misunderstandings due to the fact that I wrote net prices above. Here are the gross prices that were calculated.

30,000€ - Heating & Sanitary ([Underfloor heating / 18 KW Gas])
18,000€ - Bathrooms ([1 large bathroom / 1 guest WC])
15,000€ - Floors (190 sqm x 78 € incl. baseboards)
5,000€ Screed
9,600€ Plaster
5,000€ Doors (8 pieces)
5,000€ Stairs
2,400€ Window sills (inside)
18,000€ Painting work (incl. wallpapering)
10,000€ Electrical work

P.S: Is there no longer a way to change the post afterward?

Best regards
Axel

Perhaps I also expressed myself incorrectly regarding our requirements. When I write that we would like a "(slightly) upscale standard," this does not necessarily mean parquet or tiles costing 150 € per square meter or more. However, if that is part of a (slightly) upscale standard, then my choice of words might have been wrong. The amount for the floors of just under 80 €/sqm resulted from a mixed calculation. Slightly nicer floors in the living/dining area as well as the bathroom. More standard for the children's room/bedroom/hallway.

You only see the material here. The same amount comes on top for installation and then about half again for skirting boards and so on. With 80 euros, you thus have roughly 35 € for flooring, 30 euros for installation, and 15 euros for other costs. And for 35 € you barely get laminate of higher quality. Vinyl will be very tight and parquet impossible.

[FLOORING and sanitary work never come without personal contribution at a high standard. I would estimate material costs for flooring at 60 euros for vinyl including baseboards and 120 euros for parquet. Below that, it is rather DIY store quality. It doesn’t have to be inferior, but it’s not what you wanted. For bathrooms, you get only ceramics and concealed fittings for that price, but no high-quality tiles. A beautifully stained stair step cost us about 300 euros.] Even Weitzer parquet can be obtained for 80€/m² + 22€ for installation. Of course, I can also buy parquet for 180€/m², but then we are absolute luxury class.
