Maybe I expressed myself incorrectly regarding our expectations. When I say we would like a "(slightly) upscale standard," that doesn't necessarily mean parquet or tiles costing 150 €/sqm. However, if that is part of a (slightly) upscale standard, then perhaps my choice of words was wrong. The amount for the floors of just under 80 €/sqm came from a mixed calculation. Some nicer floors in the living/dining area and bathroom. For children's rooms/bedrooms/hallway rather standard.
You want something nice, but nothing extravagant. But you want it done by a professional?! Is that correct? Then the well-meaning advice from Karsten is off the table...
Electrical work is definitely too little... Bathrooms with plastic skirting boards... Flooring depends on the price per sqm.
Oh, really? Once you start sampling, you say to yourself anyway "Honey, we only build once" [emoji16]
