Certainly! And who installs it? Right - so it depends on that.

Strange that some people here still write what they did themselves to make it cheaper. The thread starter is talking about interior finishing without own labor!!

And ready-installed floors under 50€/sqm simply don’t exist here..

And that is without tiles, only wood!

I think, adding tile installation, one will have to reckon on an average of around 100€/sqm installed for the entire house.

Not every builder has the time/relatives for own labor!

My point was to show that you can also get the material cheaply (and with good quality-> that's why the reference to the carpenter, otherwise people would just say again that the material can't be any good...).

I doubt, for example, that for installing window sills, an additional €3,000 in labor costs would be added to reach the €4,000 mentioned here for window sills.

Since a finished shell construction is to be purchased, it comes down to awarding individual contracts. In my opinion, one can definitely consider buying materials and labor separately if one is not tied to a general contractor. And if I haven't misread, the OP is now considering (minor) personal contribution?

And the internet also delivers it to you then?

You are now basing it on your 13 linear meters. But since this is about a house with 190 sqm of living space, I don't think €1,000 for natural stone material will be sufficient. You also have to consider that adhesive etc. is added.

You yourself say that these were leftovers and that you could save one-third because of that. Although there are alternatives to natural stone where you could get by with the €2,400 mentioned by the original poster, including installation. I did mention that as well.

As a comparison: For example, in our 175 sqm living space, we have about 22 linear meters of window sills. We would have paid about €3,800 including installation.

Because there are natural stone installers in the family, we were able to save around €2,000 and ended up with sills and material costing just under €1,500. The rest is labor or compensation for effort.

But self-installation is not the topic here.

Hello Axel,
The calculation seems more realistic.
Regarding the electrical work, I can only say: even with cheap switches and without KNX, you need a satellite dish or some LAN sockets, some toggle switches, twilight switches, separate heating circuits, 7-10 sockets per room, outdoor cables, etc. You have to expect that you can’t just use internet or hardware store products that a professional company then installs for you. That works with EL or through MyHammer, but not if you take a professional from your local area.
Regarding the flooring: better not to piece too much. You hardly save anything by choosing the cheapest in the storage room. The more uniform the floor area, the more spacious the house will feel later.
Don’t save on the plaster and don’t take the cheapest Q2. Q2 is okay in itself, but lime is very soft.

So that you can see it also works the other way around, here are our costs for 140 sqm of living space

For these two items, we paid a total of 31,837.26€ for air-to-water heat pump including central ventilation system with heat recovery, underfloor heating, 1 bathroom with bathtub, rain shower, WC and double washbasin, 1 guest WC with WC and washbasin, sink in garage

In our case, 9,000€ for tiles in bathroom, guest WC and utility room and about 3,800€ for laminate in the rest of the house as own work

For us, 2,390.47€ for 140 sqm
oh yes... and 36 sqm garage roof

For us 7,320€ for house and garage.

2,695.35€ for 8 hollow core doors in white and one glass door... including installation

3,967.46€ for stairs made of natural beech

1,540.80€ for 9 interior window sills and 12 exterior window sills... including installation

For us, just a few hundred euros for paint and brushes and such...

11,279.11€ for sufficient sockets, LAN in all rooms, LED spots in hallway and bathroom, otherwise standard (garage wiring, a few outdoor sockets etc.)
