That is not true, you wrote that parquet from your company under 60 euros only for the material does not exist or is even impossible.

I think €48,000 for heating, plumbing, and bathrooms is actually quite a lot. Then maybe our provider here isn’t as expensive as I thought.
However, electrical work would be €19,000 for us. With a good standard, but without special requests. I think 10 is too little.
For the stairs, I’d calculate at least €7,000.
Painting I also find really expensive again, but I’ve never dealt with the costs for that. Is that including filling?
A front door is still missing or is that already included with the doors? I would allocate €3,000 for interior doors and another €3,000 for the front door.

If you have painting work with flooring done by a company with VAT etc., you have to expect 10-11 thousand for a 110 square meter house. Included in this would be filling to Q3, primer, textured wallpaper plus dispersion paint. Applying acrylic joints, embedding crack tape in drywall. Preparing the floor with leveling compound, sanding, priming. Gluing vinyl planks worth 25,-/sqm, installing a baseboard at a meter price of 2.50. Especially in this trade, there are many after-work workers who do it significantly cheaper. However, beware, just because someone says they can do it doesn't mean they really can. It is not that easy. Especially the filling and the floor gluing are not. Karsten

Does the leveling compound really need to be sanded?

My brother, master painter, is doing it with a journeyman for us. And he says: it needs to be sanded.
