Bungalow floor plan ~16x9.5m (outside) on 1000m² with existing old building

Which of the district properties is it?

The plan is rotated 180 degrees from the TE’s drawing, and the property is the one where the text is.

The existing building is therefore at the same time a building that remains standing - because of what value? (So far, I have only read that it is supposed to house an office; and apparently it is now to be connected to the new building with a passage to the utility room - but not what the purpose of its overall preservation is supposed to be). As a "storage room plus" and for saved demolition costs, it does not seem to me to "earn" becoming a significant co-determiner of the new house position (?)

I definitely agree with that.

The existing building is being converted into an office/residential unit, and there is definitely the possibility of storage space.

I would, of course, have sketched the floor plan completely differently if we had demolished the old building and I could have placed the bungalow lengthwise.

The old building is not connected to the new building, but as can be seen from the sketch, there is a terrace east of the old building/north of the new building, hence also the exit from the utility room towards the north.

In your sketch, it looks like an immediately adjoining extension, i.e. that the utility room door would be in a "shared" wall.

it has not been built yet ;I .. if you have ideas for a different design, I am happy to accept them. a rectangular bungalow (it was agreed on a bungalow) seemed the only logical choice in the current constellation, also that it stands lengthwise and not crosswise. [Posting Skize #63]
