Honestly, seriously. It can't be that confusing. All important information is in the initial post. And just because a floor plan suggestion is rotated or the entrance is moved from West to East, everyone is confused -.-?

Unfortunately, only ypg provided reasons why something doesn't fit or how to do it better.

In the initial post, one might think the access road is located to the north. In post #86, it now appears that on one hand there is no road in the north at all, but the jungle with the light green line in the initial post is now the (only) access, in post #88 you say that visitors only came from there and actually one would come from the north. Compared to that, the image orientations are still a piece of cake - now I am completely lost in the forest, even though I am a professional at seeing through things, and also not a slow checker in my free time.

Yes, I’m just reminding you of the terrace we should all be thinking about.

Yes, if that were the only issue. But when someone likes variant 6 best, even though only 4 are shown...

Isn’t that enough?

No, it was definitely in the west. However, the statement now confuses me:

The OP wants to build with Town & Country. It is about house 131 and possibilities to improve the original floor plan so that Town & Country can implement it. Even if you don’t like the house, which was not awarded the Design Award 2019 and see it as a barrack, you should not judge the house too hastily before implementation. Especially you, who produces countless variants for the standard houses like the city house, for which I wouldn’t lift a finger because most owners of these houses already have a problem giving up their passage to the beloved garage, should see a challenge in this project.

There was nothing at all - in the original post the property (and the later or-not-after-all driveway) is completely overgrown except for the shed.

... you are probably interested in exactly ONE thread here, which is your own.

The frequent responders here like to be interested in ALL floor plan discussions. Since these naturally stretch over a few weeks and by then more than ONE thread, no, more than TEN... oh no, more than TWENTY threads have emerged, of course the threads win that adhere to providing all recommended information in post ONE and actually make the effort to maintain the chosen plot orientations according to the initial thread. Because unfortunately, subsequent posts with plot contributions rarely present more than 50% of the necessary information. So, NECESSARY information should be included in post ONE, otherwise it is more than HARD to find and DIMINISHES the willingness to respond more than once.
