Good idea. You can tell the latter already by: I have the feeling you should do something completely different for a week. Put aside everything you have ever thought and start anew. Or you grab a professional right away who plans it for you. Yes, that costs something. But you need an architect anyway.

The last one is a small catastrophe in terms of space and parking options. It would not have even been up for discussion here, let alone employment.

Whether a creative break and/or a professional is necessary, I do not see. I would expect a significant impulse from putting the usage template on the table.

Tried something completely different. Entrance placed on the east (floor plan can possibly also be mirrored horizontally)

- Exterior walls 36.5cm, load-bearing walls 24cm, other walls 18cm thick
- ideal size of all rooms, bedroom with 16m² for sufficient storage space
- wet rooms all on one side
- kitchen spatially separated from the living room
- halls eliminated as much as possible
- walking area in the (lift) in the living room is integrated
- fireplace as room divider for dining area and living room

Some drawbacks - no wardrobe - , how could this be realized? What do you think of the floor plan in general?

Don't get hung up on wall thickness details: a flat 40 cm exterior wall and 20 cm interior wall (if one has to be less load-bearing than previously thought, then be glad) - a floor plan should never rely on the calculation "adding up" to the single centimeter level to "fit."

2D and 3D oriented the same way would be clearer. I like (even with twins) different children's rooms. Your WC is a lie in the pocket, claustrophobia is detrimental to relaxed bowel movements, even for Fengshui dyslexics.
