Good morning and thank you very much for the new ideas.

As already described and shown in the initial post, here again are the key points\framework conditions

- the old building remains, only the extension of the old building was demolished [blue X] (I am attaching a photo)
- marked in red is the alignment of the bungalow as a rectangle, as this variant seems best to me, rather than building south-facing in front of the old building
- the supply lines come over the access path (marked in green) and meet the house in the southwest
- the entrance should ideally also be on the west, so that you don’t have to walk around the house
- the terrace will be southwest
- the plot is 22m wide (East <- -> West) and 46m long (South <- -> North)
- the office will be in the old building
- number of people: 2 adults (40 years) + 2 children (3 years)
- regarding the kitchen:
we actually have no preference here, but in the first draft the kitchen was too "long" and I liked the later layout better with a cooking island
if the overall picture fits, the kitchen can be designed as U-shaped, L-shaped, or with a cooking island

: I quite like your design in #59, I had designed/ had a similar idea in a similar way yesterday evening.
Room 1 would unfortunately be too small for the utility room (a possible indoor air heat pump with 1m x 2m, dryer, washing machine etc. is planned here)

I find draft 2 #60 interesting, unfortunately the view to East/West is not the preferred one, a south orientation of the living room & kitchen is desirable

Photos don't help here. Please upload a sketch of the property/ site plan.

attached a good floor plan idea taken from YPG Posting #59. What is your opinion (framework conditions briefly summarized again in Post #61

: thank you again. What do you think roughly about the complete layout?

What I like:
- In the windfang the wardrobe is embedded, avoiding the topic of a wardrobe chamber
- Entrance area (marked as hub) larger and immediately in 'life'
- Shopping can be brought directly into the kitchen
- Children's room can remain in the south with a view of the courtyard/garden
- Hallway is wider (1.40m and many shorter 4.80m than in the old overall design)
-- width of 1.40m we also have in the entrance area of our current apartment and offers sufficient space

What I like less:
- Kitchen seems a bit small to me (storage space)
-- Kitchen window on the south probably has to go to create more space

Google Maps is your friend. I am a silent reader here - I probably missed some things - but it is still not clear to me which plot of land is meant and how the hut should be placed on the land. Did I miss that? Which of the cadastral parcels is it?

Yes, look... the draft is already livable.
I would change small things:
Yes, the window in the kitchen probably has to go. Doesn’t matter. Tall kitchen cabinets on the toilet side.
The toilet still needs to be properly furnished - your toilet is way too small, and a drywall frame still belongs in there.

Where should the TV go? Arrange the living room properly.
The load-bearing wall will probably be on the kids’ room side. That doesn’t matter either, because it absorbs sound.
In the bedroom, the door must be moved so that the wardrobe fits behind it. The bathroom needs a little more brainpower,
The passage to the utility room is unnecessary, as the storage space is needed there. Or what about your old building? I once asked if there are still storage options there.
If necessary, plan a door to the long hallway. That can also be done later. Still probably necessary because of noise for the kids in the evening.
The hallway is 1.40 m too wide, I would increase the tight 3.10 m of the bedroom side a bit. 1.20/1.25 m including plaster is sufficient. So add 10 cm from the bedroom side.

Why does it have to be a bungalow?
By the way, I would have also seen it sideways on the property!

Make at least 3 tall cabinets on the WC wall plus the niche in the corner. Then you have a length of 2.40 m of tall cabinets. And they reach up to the ceiling. That’s great! You can still fit a freezer in there. Because you only see them from the side from the room, the height doesn’t bother.
You would have 4 meters of workspace. That should be enough. You can make yourselves a small rolling island from the kitchen manufacturer or Ikea Hack – an 80 or 100 cm base cabinet or serving cart with the same countertop on top and rollers underneath.
