I meant: the problem is the trend (or rather that this trend could also be taken up by your neighboring brothers-in-arms) towards the attitude "You don't need an architect." That means if you say: "let's hire an architect together," then the others say: "we'd rather save ourselves an architect." GU sign slaves usually do not coordinate among themselves; their job is to finish application drawings (including drawing in an additional wall in the bedroom if the builder wants a "dressing room"). Adjusting the neighboring house profiles to each other is not their bread and not their assignment from the boss.

Convincing three brothers-in-arms to also take your GU is difficult—especially if he is an architect in personal union—or does he also plan for builders who award contracts externally?

As an REH builder, primarily the directly adjacent terraced middle house builder is relevant for you; this one, considered on their own, then "fights" on two fronts (you and the other terraced middle house builder); and relatively least important to each other are the REH builders at the "opposite ends."

According to these degrees of importance for you, I wish you correspondingly broad agreements of the neighbors’ ideas with yours. That everyone unanimously takes your GU would be the jackpot with a bonus number.

He only plans so that construction can be outsourced. Friends of ours even came to him with finished plans, and he then only built turnkey - so with him, everything is possible.

On Sunday we will get to know the other two families and discuss a few things - above all, the roof shape could be exciting. However, it has already been heard that the other two families have not really dealt with the house construction yet.

The municipality said again that we have free choice in the exterior design. So there can be a pink middle house and golden end houses. We are curious.

In the next two weeks, further talks are scheduled with the preferred general contractors as well as with mortgage lenders. The notary appointment for the plot will probably be in May - possible start of construction from October/November this year.

That is good. Now present and introduce your general contractor nicely with pictures – that can work.

There are people who feel overwhelmed by such an action and stubbornly do the opposite

I am curious

In those cases, he must then advise against the favorite - it's quite simple.
