Oh, I see... several houses within 3-4 houses are grouped together as one house group, right?

Man, goalkeeper, don’t let them pull the worms out of your nose!

Briefly summarize what you know, what is stated in the development plan, how it is meant, and then ask what you want to know. Or is the expectation that someone here will familiarize themselves with YOUR development plan and explain it to you?

This here is my actual question – it’s in the original post. And the development plan says nothing about whether the terraced houses all have to look the same or not.

It's stated in the development plan:

In WA1 and WA3, the following roof types are permitted:
- Gable roofs, tent and hipped roofs: up to max. 40° roof pitch.
- Shed roofs: up to max. 15° roof pitch.
- Flat roofs: up to max. 10° roof pitch.

In practice, however, it is advisable to build the group of three with the same roof type.
Technically, different ones are also feasible, but this is certainly not desired. Nevertheless, the development plan allows it for now.

It's funny that three parties can't manage to find at least a compromise in terms of external style for a uniform appearance and size. The variety of options, due to everyone insisting on their favorite, results in an absurdly ugly overall building. As a city, I would only award such projects to developers.
