I definitely did not want to speak badly about it and have no references to the provider. I just actually read in a book about building with construction companies the tip to make sure that the construction performance description mentions that the attic is built to be walkable. I just wanted to pass on the tip.

Nordlys, please don't be mad at me, but you have a bungalow, your demands in this area are not very high, and there are only two of you. WiFi across floors alone is almost always a problem. Don't you even have to use the emergency solution DLAN because your electrician It was just a remark about the TV cabling. I still know many who use linear TV, even though it's becoming fewer. The fat internet connection is great, but to see WiFi 6 and triband mesh as a panacea in a single-family house is, in my opinion, too shortsighted. Wherever stationary devices could be connected via LAN, a network socket and the rest then by WiFi. I'm not talking about 25 network sockets, but a basic setup to fully utilize the fat internet connection. I see WiFi 6 as a good complement to LAN, but only as an access point and not as a repeater. When I remember many shared construction service descriptions here, for many cheap providers the good old TAE plug was still standard, and except for the first TAE in DSL, that's really last century.

the TAE can then just live its unused existence from day 1..

IPTV is basically linear television...
But you definitely don't need TV wiring for that anymore.

You wrote that you would install at least one double network socket in every room. That's already a lot of stationary devices.
But even that I see as unnecessary with WiFi 6.
You haven't explained why you don't see it as a cure-all. We are not talking about the old outdated repeaters that halved the bandwidth here.

Where I would agree with you is if the main distribution frame (APL) is in the basement and the router is placed directly next to it. Then it might be tight in the attic.
But here, the house is being built without a basement..

It is a Vaillant device, I would have to check which exact model. We also considered ceiling height, as we currently live with 3m ceiling height. We were very skeptical about 2.5m, but visiting various show homes dispelled our doubts. 2.5m is enough for us.

Thank you very much. How much would you calculate per meter for dirt & rainwater? Unfortunately, I don’t know exactly how many meters it will be.

Yes, we are getting a floor-recessed folding staircase. Whether railing or floorboards is pretty much irrelevant to me. The boxes will come directly from the basement up there and that’s it.

So far I have only found one supplier who installs clay as standard. I have never heard anything bad about Braas concrete roof tiles.

Yeah, and what is that supposed to tell me now??

Thanks!

Regarding network and TV, I share the opinion of Mo.house and Nordlys

The thing with the concrete roof tiles probably dates back to very old times. Maybe the concrete used back then was not as durable, but that is no longer the case. This has been confirmed to me from various sources.

Much has already been said. By the way, I also think it's great that someone shows up here who builds simply. We also renovated simply and are happy with it. I would still plan a buffer (but not 40,000), for things that you end up needing quite quickly and that are not included unexpectedly. Something will surely always slip through. There is a great thread here about that (bauseits teurer) or something like that.
