And which air-to-water heat pump is it? A tip. Ceiling height. Costs hardly anything but gives an unbelievably good room feeling.
It is a Vaillant device, I would have to check which exact model. We also considered ceiling height, as we currently live with 3m ceiling height. We were very skeptical about 2.5m, but visiting various show homes dispelled our doubts. 2.5m is enough for us.
Much has already been said. What I still notice: Dirt and rainwater with 3000 could be tight, depending on the pipe length. Paving work with 6000 could be tight.
Have you checked if they build the attic usable in the construction specification? So at least do you get a sealed folding staircase upstairs, is a railing installed above, are there floorboards or something else so that you can store something there?
Thank you very much. How much would you calculate per meter for dirt & rainwater? Unfortunately, I don’t know exactly how many meters it will be.
Yes, we are getting a floor-recessed folding staircase. Whether railing or floorboards is pretty much irrelevant to me. The boxes will come directly from the basement up there and that’s it.
Ah, right. Watch out for roof tiles, don’t let them be concrete. Clay roof tiles are best glazed.
So far I have only found one supplier who installs clay as standard. I have never heard anything bad about Braas concrete roof tiles.
That cost 21.50 euros in our region Leipzig last year.
Yeah, and what is that supposed to tell me now??
I have rarely read anyone here who approached the project so realistically.
Thanks!
Regarding network and TV, I share the opinion of Mo.house and Nordlys
