@danifx
By house number is meant the application for a house number
In this area, the house provider is the cheapest, as not much is already included and the additional equipment really adds up.
We do not have high demands on equipment and believe we have considered everything important. The famous tiles that will blow the budget will not be part of our house.

How much would you estimate for the foundation slab?

By splash protection I mean this house surround. But since it still has to be sealed and filled up, I thought it would be expensive (I read the price somewhere)

Some items on the list are quite generously priced, but better than too tight. For the security service, see the previous speaker. Hold a topping-out ceremony and budget 1000,- for tips, it pays off. Question, why extra floor slab? TUndC builds with a slab anyway.

13k for the earthworks? Is your plot completely flat?

Where do you get a foundation slab for 4k? Ours costs 25k for 11.80m x 9.80m including insulation and all additional work (potential equalizer, etc.)...

Is it perhaps only a reserve for more thickness/reinforcement if necessary?

If carried out by Town & Country, any additional costs are covered by the total fixed price, right?

Well, maybe he means additional costs due to more earthworks than in the standard LV from Town & Country?
