They only save on flashy stuff, the Tund C houses are made of stone just the same, mostly Ytong, adhesive, plaster or cladding, their screed is no worse, their gutters are also made of titanium zinc, etc. I ask those who think you must spend at least 100 not to badmouth the original poster's house without any factual reason.

Yeah. 20 years ago, people thought that was necessary and felt like they were in the year 3000 when they had wired all rooms. At the latest since WiFi 6 and triband mesh, I wouldn’t pay a single euro extra for LAN cabling.

We will also build with Town & Country. So far, we have not experienced anything negative during all the planning. Currently, we have just submitted the construction documents to the building authority and are waiting for the building permit. And then it can start.

I don’t understand this hype about the network sockets either. At our place, PC, tablet, TV, simply everything runs over WiFi. Without any problems. It also works on the terrace. Further away from the house, I use the pad over LTE. I haven’t missed this wiring so far.
