Firstly, I don't have a heat pump and I don't want one. Gas boiler and that's it. Secondly, concrete roof tiles are perfectly fine and last for decades. Thirdly, even cheap providers like Tund C have attic ladders and a ridge at the top. They only save on flashy stuff, the Tund C houses are made of stone just the same, mostly Ytong, adhesive, plaster or cladding, their screed is no worse, their gutters are also made of titanium zinc, etc. I ask those who think you must spend at least 100 not to badmouth the original poster's house without any factual reason.

A modern network setup included in the price? In every (living) room at least one double network socket and centrally on each floor an additional single socket for an access point. Make sure that the network cables are also routed in empty conduits. This is often where savings are made! TV wiring included?

Yeah. 20 years ago, people thought that was necessary and felt like they were in the year 3000 when they had wired all rooms. At the latest since WiFi 6 and triband mesh, I wouldn’t pay a single euro extra for LAN cabling.

We will also build with Town & Country. So far, we have not experienced anything negative during all the planning. Currently, we have just submitted the construction documents to the building authority and are waiting for the building permit. And then it can start.

I don’t understand this hype about the network sockets either. At our place, PC, tablet, TV, simply everything runs over WiFi. Without any problems. It also works on the terrace. Further away from the house, I use the pad over LTE. I haven’t missed this wiring so far.

Oh, I see. Just as pointless nowadays. If it’s included... okay. Otherwise, I wouldn’t spend a euro on it.

Keyword IPTV. The important thing is a fat internet connection at the house. Preferably fiber optic. Everything runs over that.
