Nevertheless, have at least one LAN socket installed in the hallway on the upper floor. Reception from the ground floor might work, but with reinforced concrete ceilings it is rarely really satisfactory. And please install another socket in the office if available.

So if you have many trees in the area, for example, you will see the difference after 5 years at the latest. Your roof will look as if it were 20 years old. Simply using a pressure washer on concrete is not that easy. The risk of damage is higher there.

Yes, and then that's just how it is. By the way, I am not surprised that the construction costs often described here are around 2200€/sqm, which you NEED AT LEAST if you start thinking about the appearance of the roof tiles in a few years. Concrete works and is included. So why not, if you want or have to build cheaply?

Buffer: definitely factor it in. In the contract with the bank, I agreed on the option of a free non-acceptance of 30,000€. This is basically possible and perfect as a buffer. Well, we needed the buffer. But actually only due to upgrades in the areas of sanitation and heating.

Well, if you don't care that the house looks bad after 5 years, then it's okay. I prefer to come home and look at my beautiful house (which is still being built ) and be happy that it looks like the first day.

most newly built houses have such tiny plots that you can't even see your own roof anymore – at best from the neighbor or from the street. As long as it stays dense... so what!

Basically, I am completely with you. However, if I have the choice between no house or a house with concrete blocks, the choice is probably clear. So your argument is not really one. Above all, you can stretch that argument as much as you want. I prefer to see my whirlpool every day when I go into the bathroom. If you don't care whether you can relax or not, then it's okay.
