Much has already been said. What I also notice: Dirt rainwater with 3000 might be tight, depending on the length of the pipe. Paving work with 6000 might be tight, depending on the size of the paving. For a 500m² plot, it could fit. Have you checked if they build the attic usable in the [Bauleistungsbeschreibung]? So do you at least get a sealed folding staircase upstairs, is a railing installed up there, are there floorboards or something else so you can put things there? I've read that cheap providers like to save money on that.

I would have scruples too, but as far as I understood, the choice of the construction company is already made.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. As I said, 1,750 € / sqm.

Oh, and watch out for roof tiles, make sure they are not made of concrete. Clay roof tiles are best if engobed.

Yes, Town & Country is affordable. The OP is aware of this and willingly foregoes a few things to have a house built within their budget. I have rarely read anyone here who has approached the project so realistically.
