Currently, the shell height is 263 cm, but we tend to go half a brick higher.

I think that blocks the flow of energy. But that's a matter of taste; with a mechanistic worldview, you don't notice it, so it's not disturbing. Alors, a foyer, ma Cher, is needed for theater intermissions or champagne receptions or for watercolor exhibitions personally opened by the district administrator. Or of course for matinees with chamber music, to which even the Hoppenstedts are invited. I interpret the princess-like term as an indication that the sobering up of the financing discussion is yet to come. As I said, currently I still see an almost seven-figure price tag in the design status. Whoever has it, good for them – but even then a design can still gain by "sprinkling in" a touch of down-to-earthness.

If you have space to store it, yes. I would clarify that beforehand. We had little excavation, a plot twice as large, no space due to the cut and slope, friends have a plot with 800 sqm a lot of excavation, there was space for intermediate storage.

We can leave finances out of this thread. We have already had financing discussions and have a contract for the design (205m² + 50m² granny flat), so we know the price tag.

Not from Christ, and yet a joyful message

But, as I said: even if you can build with carte blanche, the red pencil is not such a bad advisor when building; it can unleash unexpected creativity.

Here, for example, , a builder is just about to make it because the planner had messed up the cost estimate.
