No, that looks tricky, I can't think of anything either. Ask the architect...

Children's room on the upper floor has been adjusted, additionally the bathroom window on the ground floor has been slightly shifted.

We also learned today that the structural engineer requires a steel support in the garage. It is now positioned exactly in the middle there. The alternative would have been a beam, which, however, would have been 40 cm high and would have resulted in a clear height of less than 2 meters at that spot. Unfortunately not ideal, but apparently there is no other solution.

Oops, I completely overlooked that. I would prefer a beam: rotated 90°, and then individual gates.

We are currently planning the laundry chute. Unfortunately, this is proving to be a bit tricky. The position on the ground floor and first floor is not optimal. Do you have any ideas?
Furthermore, it became known today that the lintel above the garage door has to be enlarged due to structural requirements, which means the garage door will lose height. New height 2145mm. This is uncritical for us at the moment – or have we overlooked something?

Regards and thanks for your feedback

On the upper floor, that is the price of beauty (of the advantage), on the ground floor I see no problem – simply because I would align the pipe enclosures flush with the waste chute on both floors, meaning the toilet bowl together with its wall-mounted cistern moves these 10 cm difference forward. Such a noble house should be Cayenne-, Bentayga-, or Borgward-compatible. I’ll once again bring up my heretical suggestion to switch to single doors; then the lintel no longer spans so freely and should be able to have a slimmer construction height.
