It is not only a question of what the outdoor facilities cost. The house is also really lavish. All together it will be a real beast.

Yes, he does write in another thread that there would be a 5 in front. How many m³ does the part have approximately? This stair-shaped retaining wall would be pretty cool. But I don't even want to know what that costs.

This applies equally to the house and the outdoor facilities: a steep slope is not for routine care patients.

We're glad you like our future house so much. But don't exaggerate, it's definitely not a slab. Not bad, but not over the top either. About 180m2 + basement including double garage About 1,200m3 The turnkey offer has a 5 at the front, with individual contracts just barely a 4. Of course, there will be quite a bit more for the outdoor facilities, but less than you would expect. The stepped slope will be made of L-shaped angle stones, on the west side the plot is at the same level, so no retaining wall is needed there. We are still a bit torn between turnkey and individual contracts... Regards
