I don’t understand the laundry chute. We had planned it now from the bathroom on the upper and ground floor into the utility room in the basement

First of all, nothing is marked at all.
Secondly: what is the dirty laundry supposed to be doing in the storage room? Who knows what this room will be used for in the future...
The laundry should end up where it is also washed; otherwise, you have to go back down with the laundry through two doors [emoji848][emoji44]

Super beautiful design. Only the windows are somewhat sparse in places. In the living room, I agree with Yvonne. I would also insert a window on the west side there. I also find the bathroom quite dark. What would scare me are the costs for the outdoor area. It looks insane.

Thanks, yes, we might add a window seat next to the fireplace in the living room and reduce the floor-to-ceiling windows on the north side to a sill height of 50cm or 90cm.

So floor-to-ceiling would be nicer. Let the light in completely. Better too much than too little.

We also have a seating window and from today's perspective that was the best decision. Floor-to-ceiling windows would not have brought any advantages in that spot and this way it is simply super cozy! I would also treat myself to green roofing on the parts where the ground floor protrudes. We will be looking at that soon from the seating window!
