Work planning single-family house 180 sqm flat roof with basement & double garage

We are currently considering adding a children's bathroom on the upper floor. That means the existing bathroom would become smaller, and in return, a children's bathroom (shower, toilet, single washbasin) would be added.

How much additional cost should we expect?

Why even have a children's bathroom on the upper floor? There is a shower on the ground floor. If you only plan for 2 children, that should be enough. I would rather invest the money in wood-aluminum windows. My sister-in-law also has only one bathroom upstairs, as well as a shower on the ground floor, with 4 children! As it looks, that's enough (for now). As long as the children are small, I think that is not a problem. Only later will it probably become a bit problematic.

The idea has since been discarded again - the last change requests to the plans have been sent, so that these can now be incorporated into the plans and we hopefully can submit the building application next week :-]

Unfortunately, the plans still contain 1-2 small errors. But this is sufficient for here.
