Because of the blue walls that are load-bearing (two and the outer walls) and because of the plan below. There are no windows there because the building is connected to another building. The bathroom should be accessible from both sides (child and parents).

There are solutions. We have a retaining wall on the ground floor and had to move rooms around a lot. You have rooms that don’t need light or a wall without windows
