Here is the questionnaire: Development plan/restrictions: No windows can be installed in the plan below, as it is directly attached to another building. House design From whom is the planning: - Planner of a construction company: self - Architect - Do-it-yourself - What do you particularly like? Why? What do you not like? Why? Long bathroom, small bedroom Cost estimate according to architect/planner: Personal price limit for the house, including fittings: n.a. Preferred heating technology: heat pump

If you have to dispense, on which details/extensions - can you dispense: - cannot dispense:

Why is the design the way it is now? For example Standard design from the planner? Which wishes were implemented by the architect? A mix of many examples from various magazines... What makes it particularly good or bad in your opinion?

Because of the blue walls that are load-bearing (two and the outer walls) and because of the plan below. There are no windows there because the building is connected to another building. The bathroom should be accessible from both sides (child and parents).

further down are the 2 floor plans again. where and how doesn’t matter... the main thing is that the 2 load-bearing walls stay where they are. We wanted to combine studio and office then.

I would actually rearrange all the rooms. Just spontaneously

Mini storage room, mini pantry paint

Vestibule = bedroom
Office = dressing room,
Studio = bathroom
Living, dining = Child 1, Child 2, studio,
Kitchen, Child 1 and Child 2 as well as hallway become cooking, dining, living.

Sleeping, bathroom, technology, WC, storage room = entrance, technology, reasonable WC without climbing

No matter how you change it, always furnish the floor plan properly. No freezer fits in your pantry, WC is climbing etc.
Living rooms belong to the terrace, not the children's rooms
