Very bad and large and shapeless. Replanning tricky - tips

It would be helpful to have a classic conversion plan showing existing structures, demolition, and new parts in gray / yellow / red. I doubt that the roof can simply be neglected. Just keeping it watertight can cost as much as a modest house - not to mention that the floor slab would have to be fully insulated. Its statics will also have to be proven when renovating. Is it certain that residential use is permitted?

I guess it won't really get much cheaper than a new build. It was similar for us. And as is known, almost everything was leveled to the ground.

Do you mean this one? That is an old plan. The walls are shown in red.
Yes, a structural engineer is working on it and basically gives his OK.
On the roof, on the entrance side, there is still a photovoltaic system.

I have to mention in passing that the cardinal directions in the photo cannot be correct. West cannot be to the left of South when viewing the whole thing from a center point.

No, I mean one where the conditions "old" and "new" are shown side by side and where it is color-coded: is and remains - is and will be removed - is not and will be added.
