Very bad and large and shapeless. Replanning tricky - tips

A quick sketch: The dimensions are confusing at first. So the thing is really big. The space could maybe be used better - I have quite a lot of hallway in there. Still, I like it better than your corner bathroom. Let's see what other ideas come up.

Please don’t make me pull the information out of you like that! The plan being oriented to the north is rather not correct, right...? That some rooms can’t be placed somewhere due to fire protection reasons (why exactly?) only comes into question very late, depending on whether things can be randomly assigned. A site plan of the property would also be good, especially if more than just the lower building on the plan needs to be considered (I assume because of the mention of fire protection)

Oh yes, out of interest: what happens with the rest of the stable above your head? And in case I missed it: is it already stated anywhere how high the living space is? Old stables tend to be relatively low compared to the floor area, and thus oppressive...

What might possibly still play a role is what eventually happens with the roof. Dismantling, expansion
