Very bad and large and shapeless. Replanning tricky - tips

I don’t see the expansion costing less than 350 KEuro - simply because of the gigantic area. I think we’re at around 220m² (net), right? x 1500 Euros - (which is already rather average to low-end equipment) - plus the soil replacement + hassle with quickly 30KEuro. Then let the roof be leaking - ouch!

the problem is the extension. It is attached, even connected by a door... and we can't tear it down... too big. and upstairs in the attic it spans the entire width. Stable and extension...

What is your budget? And what are you planning to contribute yourself? I am currently having an old building renovation planned and had to realize that a large part of the costs is not in the exterior walls – and if the measurements are correct, you have an area of 255m2 (15mx17m). That is quite a lot, and everywhere there needs to be flooring, walls, electrical work, plumbing, etc etc.

Apartment for one of the children?
Roof broken? Conversion back to a bungalow with a normal roof?

What should happen to the extension that is still attached to the stable? How is it used? How should it continue to be used?

You always have to keep the entire property in mind, especially for a long time.

It's always like this: drawing the "target" on anything other than the existing plan makes little sense. And without a professional approach, it can easily turn into a disaster. I get the impression of a naive plan.
